V Display Configuration

  • Power on the display

  • Make sure settings are correct (See below for menu navigation)

    • Disable Power Save settings

    • Set Time and Time Zone

    • Set Failover settings for proper input selections

    • Set Power on Source 

    • Set Video wall mode (If Applicable)

      • Number of Columns and Rows

      • Tile # for each display

      • Document primary display and sequential cable path to follow.


  • Check that media player settings are proper - (Does the image work as it's supposed to?)

    • If not, check network connections

    • If Network connections are correct, work with Duggal System tech to troubleshoot further issues


Default settings for LG displays

  • If the LG is brand new or factory reset, follow these steps.


  • Power on and select “Go to Settings”

  • Under “General” select “Time & Date”

  • Set time & date to local time & date

  • Under “Genera” select “Power


  • Disable “No Signal Power Off”

  • Disable “No IR Power off”

  • Disable “Standby Mode”

  • Configure "Power On Status" to "PWR (Power On)"

    • Scroll down to see setting

  • Enable “Wake on LAN”

  • Scroll down to see setting


  • Exit Settings and press the Home screen


  • If its a video wall, Tile Mode should be set to “ON”

  • Standby Mode should be “OFF”
