  • BrightSign LS425
  • Nexmosphere sensor
  • Soundbar
  • Cellular modem
  • Power box + cables
  • Ethernet (if needed)

1. Remove & Position Screen

⚠️ Do not lift. Do not touch LED surface.

  1. Place case on flat surface
  2. Open case
  3. Lower ramp
  4. Unlock wheel locks
  5. Roll screen out slowly
  6. Position and lock wheels

2. Unfold Screen

⚠️ Use two hands. Do not force.

  1. Ensure wheels are locked
  2. Gently pull panels open
  3. Fully extend screen
  4. Engage locks/latches

✔ Verify:

  • Screen straight
  • All locks engaged

3. Hardware Setup (Build Before Mounting)

 Photo A – Wiring Diagram

  1. Lay out components:
    • BrightSign
    • Sensor
    • Soundbar
    • Modem
    • Power box
  2. Connect data (match Photo A):
    • BrightSign → Sensor
    • BrightSign → Soundbar
    • BrightSign → Modem

4. Mount Components

  1. Attach all devices to base (magnets)
  2. Check:
    • Secure mounting
    • No cable strain
    • Clear of wheels/hinges

5. Power Connections

⚠️ Apply wall power last

  1. Connect power leads to:
    • BrightSign
    • Soundbar
    • Modem
    • Screen (PowerCON)
  2. Plug power box → wall outlet

6. Power On & Verify

  • Screen ON
  • Content playing
  • Audio working
  • Sensor responding
  • Modem powered (lights on)

7. Breakdown

  1. Power OFF
  2. Unplug wall power
  3. Disconnect all power cables
  4. Remove components from screen
  5. Disconnect data cables
  6. Fold screen
  7. Unlock wheels, roll into case

Critical Notes

  • ⚠️ Follow Photo A exactly for wiring
  • ⚠️ Build connections before mounting
  • ⚠️ Do NOT transport with components attached
  • ⚠️ Keep cables clear of moving parts
  • ⚠️ Do NOT force hinges or connections
