1. Objective: This guide is intended to help end users connect their device to a Wi-Fi network and address any related connectivity issues.

    Procedure:

    1. Using your remote control, follow these steps to connect to Wi-Fi:

      a. Navigate to the "General" section using the arrow keys on your remote.

    3. b. In the "General" section, find and select "Wi-Fi Connection."c. You will see a list of available networks. Choose your desired Wi-Fi network from this list.

    4. d. Enter the password for your selected Wi-Fi network using the on-screen keyboard or your remote control.

    5. After successfully connecting to the Wi-Fi network, press the "Settings" button on your remote control. This will exit the settings screen and take you back to the main menu or display blue clouds.

    6. If you see blue clouds on your screen, it means you've successfully connected to Wi-Fi but will need the content republished through our CMS interface. Please submit a customer service request ticket through https://cocacolahelp.duggal.com for further assistance.
