1. Objective: This guide is intended to help end users connect their LG display to a Wi-Fi network.

    Procedure:

    1. Using your remote control, follow these steps to connect to Wi-Fi:

      a. Press the "settings" button and navigate to the "General" section using the arrow keys on your remote.

      b. In the "General" section navigate to "Network"

      c. Select "Wi-Fi Connection"

      d. A list of available Wi-Fi networks will display. Find the network you would like to connect to and enter the Wi-Fi password. Press connect and your device will connect to the network. 


    3. After successfully connecting to the Wi-Fi network, press the "Settings" button on your remote control. This will exit the settings screen and take you back to the main menu or display default content.


    5. If you see blue clouds on your screen, it means you've successfully connected to Wi-Fi but will need the content republished through our CMS interface. Please submit a customer service request ticket through https://cocacolahelp.duggal.com for further assistance.

  2. Troubleshooting:

    • If you encounter any issues during this process or are unable to connect to Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:

      1. Double-check the Wi-Fi password for accuracy.

      2. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly.
