Open the Navori QL Player software on your computer and then enter your credentials to log in to the CMS interface.
Click on the "Playlist Manager" button at the top of the screen.
Create a new playlist or select an existing playlist from the list.
Drag and drop media files from the Content Manager into the playlist.
Arrange the media files in the order you want them to play by dragging them up or down in the playlist. Enter a name for your schedule and then click on the "OK" button to save your playlist.Drag your playlist onto the scheduling grid onto the day you would like the playlist to begin.
8.You will be presented with a screen that enables you to set the start and end time for the playlist on the day that it is scheduled. The image below is an example of a playlist that is scheduled to run for 24 hours (from 12:00:00am-11:59:59pm).
To schedule a playlist for multiple days, weeks, or years, right-click on the white space in the scheduling grid and select "Duplicate" to create a copy of the selected day, week, or year. You can then set the duration for the duplicated period accordingly. For example, you can duplicate a day and run it for an additional 5 days, or follow the same process for weeks and years.
Your playlist will now play on the days and times you scheduled it for.
Note: You can also use the Advanced Scheduling options to set more specific scheduling parameters, such as adding exclusion dates or specifying a maximum number of times a playlist should play per day.
