1. Power off your Bright Sign player by disconnecting the power supply from the back of the Bright Sign Media player. There are different generations of Bright signs that have different power adapters, the images below represent where the ports where the power cables are connected. 
*If there is a cover over the microSD card slot you will need to loosen the screw holding the cover with a Phillips head screw driver to access the microSD card
2. After the power is removed from the back of the Bright Sign media player you can now eject the SD card by depressing the SD card and pulling the card from the SD card slot.
3. Insert new SD card into SD card slot, reconnect power and the Bright Sign will power on and the new content on the SD card will display.
