1. Unbox Navori Stix 3700 media player, take note of the components that come with the Navori Stix player. You should have an antenna, power supply and an HDMI male-female patch cable. Most installs will need a coupler, be sure to review what accessories are needed for deployment. 

*Before powering on and continuing with setup you will need to make sure there is a license available to assign this media player to. If a license is available you can proceed with activating the player. In order to activate player you will need to: 

  • Attach antenna to media player
  • connect to ethernet
  • connect a USB keyboard with track pad
  • connect power supply to player
  • connect media player to a display so you can go through setup process. 

2. Select advanced mode- HTTPS (cms.duggal.com) the QL Player serial number is the serial number of the available license available in NavoriQl. set time zone of where media player will be installed 

3. In Navori Conductor settings choose wifi connection- *If you are pairing with a Cradlepoint router for deployment you will need to navigate to SETTINGS- Network & Internet- Add new network. *If you have followed the Cradlepoint Router setup SOP then your router will not show in available networks, you will need to Add new network. The hidden SSID will be DuggalCMSThe password is: DuggalCMSClient At this point you should be paired with the Cradlepoint router if needed but continue your setup connected directly to Ethernet to avoid using the Data on the router during the setup (will also be much faster)

4. After setting up the Navori Stix with a license and with a Cradlepoint router (if needed) you can also setup the media player for remote access for troubleshooting in TeamViewer. To setup TeamViewer with Navori six you will need to go back into the Navori Stix menu and select HOST.

Enter your credentials and assign this device. You will be notified via Email to verify the device. Once verified and you have remote access in TeamViewer from your computer you will need to find the device which will most likely be under the My Computer folder

move it into the correct group by right clicking the player and selecting properties, under the group drop down you will find the appropriate group.
