1. Using BrightAuthor:Connect - setup the BrightSign player:
- Set
- Device Name
- Set TimeZone (Based on installation location)
- Set Local FIle Networking
- Set Network Settings:
- Wired - (To Be Filled Out, DNS Is Important!)
- Option 1 - DHCP - Make sure Enable DHCP is selected and that a DHCP Server is running on the LAN.
- Option 2 Static IP
- Wireless - (To Be Filled Out)
- Wired - (To Be Filled Out, DNS Is Important!)
- Enable Local Diagnostic Server
- Enable Local Web Server
- Confirm or Update Firmware (Automatic Method)
- Enable remote Screenshots
3. Upload to BrightSign player
4. Wait for connection
5. Once connected remove SD and upload CMS License Configuration files -

6. Update JSON file with the a deactivated license listed.
- make sure JSON file is named activation.json
7. Upload to monitor

AVOIDING BLACK BORDER AROUND DISPLAY:
BRIGHTSIGN LS424 - QL ENGINE NOT CENTERED (BLACK BAR ON EDGE OF DISPLAY)
Issue:
Approximately a 1-2 cm gap is present on the top and right side of the display. This appears to be due to the entire Navori engine window being skewed to the bottom left.Images of the issue: (Navori Test)

Resolutions:
Upload the service.html file via the BrightSign portal under the sd/NavoriQLPlayer folder & reboot the player.
